Q – Are my details safe when I shop here? 

A – RES Denim uses the industry standard encryption technology (SSL) that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. Your payment details and personal information are protected on our website, however if you require more information please view our privacy policy.

Q – How long will my order take to arrive? 
A – RES Denim shipments within Australia will arrive within 5 working days. For international deliveries, please allow up to 7 working days.

Q – What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered? 
A –For deliveries within Australia, you will be left an Australia Post collection slip to pick up your items from your nearest postal office.

For international shipments within metro areas, the local courier service will leave a card at the delivery address with parcel collection information. For regional areas, items will be left at the nearest postal office for you to pick up. Details of this location will be left at your delivery address. International customers in metro locations will not incur a re-delivery fee.

Q – How can I track my order?
A – After placing an order, you will receive an email including your consignment number assigned by Australia Post, this will enable you to track your purchase on the Australia Post website.

Q – Can you deliver to a PO Box?
A – Yes, in Australia we deliver to PO boxes.

Q – What is the returns/exchange policy? 
A – Making an exchange or returning an item is easy! Please visit the Returns/Exchange page for all policy information including refunds, faulty items and change of mind.

Q – How can I cancel my online order?
A – If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Service team via phone or email to confirm whether your order has been dispatched or not. If your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or make amendments. If your parcel has not been shipped we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

Q – How long will my jeans last?
A - Jeans age with wear and wash. Treating them with care will help conserve their longevity, especially the lighter weight stretch styles. We recommend that you wash your jeans inside out and always on a cold wash with minimal detergent. Washing as little as possible will also help to preserve the fit and wash of your jeans.

Q – Will the colour/ print fade?
A - Print and colour may fade over time, this is the normal process of any garments wear and tear. Treating them with care will help their longevity, especially the light weight stretch styles. When caring for black denim, most supermarkets stock black denim detergent, using this when you wash your black jeans will help to maintain the colour. Always use minimal detergent.
